*Prepare the ingredients.

  • 23cl *Water
  • 3г *Dried baker's yeast
  • 1ч.л. *Caster sugar
  • 270г *Plain flour
  • 5с.л. *Olive oil
  • 5г *Fine salt
  • 6 *Cherry tomatoes
  • 6г *Flower of salt
  • 2стръкче *Rosemary

*Mix the water, sugar and yeast in a recipient. Leave to rest for 5 minutes.

*Mix the flour, water/sugar/yeast mixture and salt in a recipient. Knead for 5 mins by hand in the recipient. The dough should remain liquid and sticky.

*Pour 3 tablespoons of oil into the bowl and place the dough in it.

*Leave the dough to rise. Oil your fingers and make 8 flaps every 15 minutes.
