CHOOSE YOUR TYPE OF REPAIR PACKAGE

We offer two types of repair packages depending on your geographical constraints: with or without shipping. If there is no Groupe SEB approved repairer close to your home, you can select a repair package whith shipping included and simply drop off your appliance at the nearest parcel delivery point.

1 - I choose my repair package and the Colissimo relay point where I can collect my appliance after it has been repaired

2 - I order and pay online

3 - Email 1: Order confirmation + transport labels + tracking links Email 2: Repair voucher + Invoice

4 - On the parcel: shipping label In the parcel: the complete product, carefully assembled and packed + return label + the filled-in repair voucher.

5 - I pick up my repaired appliance at the Colissimo relay point

*under the terms of the International Warranty from the date of retrieval of your repaired product
